Toremifene Citrate pct dosing

I have done some searching and I cannot seem to find where someone has outlined the best way to dose Toremifene Citrate for pct.

10 week Test Eth cycle 500 mg a week.

250 of HCG twice a week on cycle and arimidex as needed also.

Any good outlines as to how to best dose this for recovery?

Ive looked all over for this too, not that much can be found. Typically the common word is 20-40% more is needed then straight nolva. But ive seen PCTs with it ran as 120/120/80/80.. seems high.

I was planning on running 80/80/40/40 personally after my 400mg/week test c cycle.

I ran 40, 20, 20 + clomid and it was perfect

From my research, The Citrate in Tamoxifen Citrate is actually about 34% of the weight.

15.2mg Tamoxifen Citrate is 10mg Tamoxifen
30.4mg Tamoxifen Citrate is 20mg Tamoxifen
