heres a leg shot 6 months post surgery, i had only been training legs hard for 2 and a half months in this pic.

surgery was on the left acl and post surgery the left quad had significantly decreased in size in this pic they are starting to equal out again , stick with the physical therapy hard and youll be better before you know it, its now about 1 year post op for me and i couldnt even tell i had surgery,Slim forever if u have any questions about the recovery etc. feel free to pm me or post up in this thread.

hey bigman,

I just two surgeries in the last 6 months. one on my left shoulder and then on my right.

I did hgh after the first surgery and it def helped.

After the second surgery I tried something different and did high dose tb500 for 6-8weeks with 100mg tren a week and that helped more than hgh.

Wow thats great, i also had a good expirence with gh helping me recover. i wasnt aware that tb500 and tren helped tendon ligament strength(collagen synthesis) but thats good to know

I think the tren just helps quickly build up the muscles in the shoulder overall. I have read that tren raises igf levels but don't know if its by a significant amount.

the tb500 is really great stuff. you should give it a whirl for 6 wks or so

Bigman you still on here? I would like to go over some info on what you did as I'm in recovery right now for my acl and meniscus surgery
