I tore my right groin recently doing some HIIT sprint/sled work. I say tore because I can barely walk, I limp, and my rear mid thigh is bruised and swollen. The blood is actually pooling in the upper calf now along with the back of the thigh and inner thigh. All pain is associated with the groin tendon, pretty typical for this injury. The blood and pain level and lack of leg mobility indicate a tear. I bled a lot because I was limping around drinking my ass off at the lake for Memorial Day weekend. I was not sitting at home just because of a limp.
How long do you guys think I'll be down in terms of leg training and/or even LISS cardio? I never had a bad groin tear but I have heard they can be bad. I am on GH and AAS and will be adding 350mcg of BPC-157 2x a day injected directly into the inner though/groin area. The research on BPC-157 for valid tendon and muscle healing is very compelling. It also appears to potentiate or enhance the effects of GH to some degree.
Anyone else have a similar injury and care to share their recovery length, etc.?
