Torn labrum - SLAP tear recovering and cycling

So I need some advice that I wont be able to get from my Dr. or my therapists. I had a SLAP tear repaired 4 months ago this week. It was a grade 6 and was told it was one of the worst seen in 20 years by a US National team doc. Also frayed my bicep tendon a bunch.

I wasnt allowed to begin my rehab for 6 weeks so 6 weeks of nothing more than everyday movements. I want to know what people think about cycling and getting back on gear. I just started lifting on real machines and doing exercises that resemble a normal workout albeit with light weight.

I know that I will be progressing much faster now but I have gotten out of shape pretty fast in 4 months and want to speed my recovery a bit. Any recommendations as to what I should/can do and cycle ideas?

Cardio, abs and get back on a decent diet. High reps if your doc and PT are OK with it.

I had SLAP tear repair in both shoulders, one year apart. Bicep training was a bear and took forever for the pain to go away and I could curl a decent amount of weight.

I ran Cissus for both along with IGF at different times during my rehab. Cissus and IGF I ran well after the first surgery (right shoulder) and ran both right after the second surgery. GH may do you well in this case.

Both are doing OK, some days better than others BUT I think I started my own "rehab" too soon on the left (second surgery) since I was pretty conservative rehabbing my right (first surgery). My left aches when I push it and sometimes have to eat Aleve (naproxen) like M&M's to knock down the pain...works well. 2 @ 2x/day with food.

I didn't run gear until probably 2 years after the last surgery, being I had 2 I felt it best to train "light" and work up to heavy weights naturally. After all was (semi) well I started my cycles again. As I wrote above, GH may be a good thing for you.

Good luck and take from this what you will, for me I didn't want to take a HUGE step backward and hurt myself again. I didn't know how well I was repaired and didn't want to risk a second surgery that may not result in anywhere near a fully functioning shoulder.
