Had a complete tear on my right arm reattached less than 2 years ago. Healed nice and fully recovered in about 7-8 months.
Fast forward to today, figure I have a partial tear on the other arm. I know the pain I had before the other one..and this is the same, right at the base of the elbow at the insertion point.
Going to the doc this week to get a script for MRI. Any of you have experience or treatment options for a partial tear? How did it work?
PRP, HGH, anything???
Just trying to size this up and see what lies ahead. Already training is compromised and am just getting by with pulling and very light with other stuff.
Just wondering if anyone has had success healing a partial tear (or if doc will do a surgery (insurance ) with a partial tear)...guess my other option if all else fails is to blow it intentionally...not really looking to do that.
I'm 51 and somewhat old school...so blowing it on purpose is not out of the question.
