My left tri has half the power and size compared to my left.I did something to it 6 weeks ago and was wondering if anyone thinks it will ever return to at least 80 percent?
I tore 90% of my right tricep and had to have it surgically re-attached. It has returned to about 90% of left side, but still have some minor atrophy and inbalance that will never be normal again.....
i tore my pec minor muscle belly (no tendon) pretty bad,,,,,eventually it heals and its good as new no loss of strength. id go to physical therapy,,if its the tendon might have to get surgery but every muscle strain i have had has healed up fine.

One time my leg was feeling funky and I looked at it closely and it was as if the whole quad muscle dissappeared. I mean it was freakn gone. I shit. It didn't feel that bad it just looked freaky.
I didn't go to the doctor even though I should have.
Slowly it just grew back, now its fine and I cant tell it even happened
I have ruptured the right tricep once and left tricep twice . Each injury required surgery to resecure tendon to bone. I have lost a significant amount of strength from left tricep , i am maybe 70% of my pre injury strength and about 90% on my right. My triceps also lack in devolpment now compared to before injuries.
I really dont have pain anymore. It is just underdeveloped towards bottom of tri by elbow. What sucks to me is that any push movement is about half the power as my right. Can only do about 20 push ups now when 50 and up were no problem before. Maybe i should get a mri. I thought it was my pec but the mri showed a tiny tear. Now ruling out the pec i can tell for sure it is my tri. What if any are signs of a tear that would require surgury. Thanks guys
