between 210 and 215 lbs.
How much slin and gh at that time...and what else where you using ... if you dont mind answering...if you dont I understand...
also do you believe that the insulin and gh gives you that round muscle look...(like flex wheeler, phil health type of crazy roundness) I've never seen your arms and delts look so round and full ... just sick...

its obvious that the middle eastern style of contest prep is different.. and to the extremes, but how often (or at all..) do these guys get any type of bloodwork to check on their health? Do they take precautions at all...? Seems as if their organs would be in some deep shit.. lol
after over 12 years of competing... my friend faisal went and got blood work done and a stress test... he said that for a whole year he'd say "what if i found out something was wrong? i'd have to quit bodybuilding..." so he delayed it, and delayed it, and delayed it up until 3 weeks ago...
he's as healthy as a fucking horse... much healthier than i am (i have high blood pressure... hereditary)... he showed me the results and they were fucking perfect.
so... no... their organs aren't in deep shit
the dealers i was talking about earlier in the thread were national champions... now they're in their late fifties... very famous people here (and they are some of the biggest abusers you'd ever hear about)... they never get blood work done... BUT... they look like they're in their 30's and seem very healthy (they we're into the whole steroids scene in their teens... so we're talking decades of abuse)
the team coach is 56... when he was asked (infront of me) by one of the judges if anyone on the team was using steroids (remember my thread about the anti-doping guys surprising us? ) he said "are you fucking kidding me? i'm on a shit ton of gear and truckloads of viagra just to fuck! let alone competing on stage! what the hell do you think? most of the audience are juiced to the gills and you're asking me if the competitors use steroids? fuck off"... so... there you have it... the guy has been using steroids since the 70's and he's the same guy who used a diuretic for 2 months straight in his 20's is also as healthy as a horse...
you know what one of the big differences about middle eastern bodybuilders is when it comes to health? their drugs habbits... and i'm not talking about steroids. some people are very well known to "party" a lot... those are the ones who don't last and quit for health reasons...
i believe one should open his eyes out to rec drug use also (which is pretty fucking rampant in the states)
when you train Naturals do you use any diuretics at all? how about the herbal ones?
yep... slin gets a bad rap... but people never blame the "slam 500 grams of carbs 2 minutes after your 3 iu injection, then slam another 25 metric tons of carbs 30 minutes after that" on how distented their bellies are from 'slin'.
a lot of people said "really???" when i told them insulin takes your blood sugar down... and these were people who placed much higher than i ever did in contests.
not the slin... not the GH... and not the last week prep...
I knew a guy who ate exactly like that and never used slin and still had a huge gut, all visceral fat. He was constantly eating bowels of rice with every meal. He believed all the hype about needing to eat tons of food to grow. He finally changed his way of eating and brought his calorie intake down to 2500 and ended up bigger than ever at his last show. I think the slin will bring on the visceral fat that much quicker if you are eating too many carbs. I have alway been of the opinion that people eat way to many carbs. You need to eat just enough and no more.

So whats up with all the hype how someone needs their bodyweight times 20 to gain the most amount of muscle and 1.5 to 2 grams per pound of bodyweight for protein, is this just all hogwash?
You answered your own question. Every once in a while when you hear a guy say that he barely eats or doesn't eat the standard 6 to 10 meals a day and eat maybe 1 gram of protein per pound you'll hear a bunch of people claim that he a genetic freak or something. Simply not true, no one needs 400 grams of protein and day or 5000 calories to get big.
