For some guys who are not so damn carb and sugar phobic these days....
...adding 25-50 grams of dextrose powder to the drink brings out the flavor as well.
In other words, if you are not scared to add a few extra carb calories and some dextrose to your post-workout shake, try adding 25-50+ grams of dextrose, and it explodes the flavor 10-fold and is fukking phenomenal.
It is just an option and is not needed, but if you are not carb phobic, and it still falls within your macro percentage goals, then give it a try on workout days post-training. lol, and i'm not claiming anything revolutionary here either in case anybody claims I am...lol
I just use whey isolate (cold filtrated usually) and add in milk or water or dextrose as needed....oldest tricks in the book, well besides the raw egg thingamuhjig:headbang:
btw.....most flavors STILL taste good if just thrown in water without milk or dextrose....don't want that to get taken out of context either
