Hey guys, gonna kick off my growth phase with some love from Monster. Ill be posting my training, nutrition, goals and everything in general honestly. I notebook log my training so this is just a public view. If you guys have any questions about the supps, training, nutrition, shoot away.
All products wil be from Monster -- I'll be giving my 100% honest review. Some products I paid for others I was given to log. If I don't like or feel something is off ill voice my opinion. I have used Monster products in the past with great success, but ill be giving an unbiased opinion on everything.
Products: T/A doesn't get better. Packaged 10/10. Their reps respond asap. Couldn't recommend them anymore pretty much.
TE300 - 200mg eod
Superdrol - 20/30mg ed
Npp/Mast E Blend - 100mg eod
t4 - 100mcg ed
EQ600 - 300mg eod
Sunday - Off day. Packing the house/Game of Thrones day. On off days I do morning fasted cardio then cardio/mobility. I go no carbs until the last meal of the night / pre game of thrones. Usually my Sunday ritual is a blazed pizza, basically chipotle but for pizza. If you guys have one near you hit it up. I get an ass load of grilled chicken, turkey, grilled ham, ect. Veggies high. Get home and add some more grass fed 96% beef on top. If it was a good week I might have some froyo.
Diet is 95% clean pretty much always. Only time I sway from my strict diet is due to my fiancé. She lives the lifestyle and competes, but also wants to me human lol.
Big Quad/mod ham day tomorrow. If anyone is ever in the DFW area, hit up Extreme Iron Pro and Destination Dallas. Kickass gyms with the best equip and environments.
Don't wanna string out the first post too much. Ill post some photos tomorrow and my goals of this run.
