Yay! it's Valentines Day, I don't have a date and now I'm sick Anyway, what's your opinions on training while sick. I hate missing workouts. Should I train light, or just bypass it all together. Also, I'm scheduled to start a cycle on Friday. Should I hold off until I'm not sick anymore or does it not matter? Well, I guess if I can't train the cycle would be useless anyway, huh?
