hi guys,
i have been on cycle for the last 6 months.
i did 750 mg test and 400 mg deca/weeks for 10 weeks...
1000mg test + 600mg deca/week for the last 10 weeks...
250 mg test/weeks for the last 4 weeks.

did 1000 to 2000iu Hcg/week + letrozole 2.5 mg eod for the whole six months...

i went from 195 to 232 in the 5 months and mentained 225 for the last 4 weeks.

i am going totally off My PCT.... so this monday onwards


Clomid 100mg for 30 days
Nolvadex 20m ed for 30 days



then off for 8 weeks atleast....

and i am extremely tired now (mentally)...

Training
i have been training DY style/ one all out intense set 6 to 10 reps ....
with progressively heavier wts...

Mon chest shoulder triceps
Decline bench press 150kg x 10
Incline bench press 140kg x 8
Flat flys 35kg x 10
Smith machine shoulder press 110 kg x 8
Lateral raises 15 kg x 10
Tricep pushdown full stack x never ending reps

Wed Back biceps
Close grip chins bodywt + 30kg dumbell x 10
Barbell rows 120 kg x 10
Rack deadlifts 220 kg x 13
Shrugs 250 kg x 14
Machine curls full stack and never ending reps

Fri
Legs
Squats 200 kg x 8
Leg press 320 kg x 30 reps
Leg extension full stack x 10
Leg curls full stack x 8
Calf raises seated 4 plates x 20 reps.

Diet
now my diet for the last 6 months was

Break fast :- 500grams of chicken / red meat + 100grams of rice
Niacin 500mg
Aspirin 75 mg
Fish oil Pills 3000mg
Multivitamin + multimineral 1 tab.

Mid morning :-
70 grams of whey + 30 ml extra virgin olive oil.
Preboitic 1 cap
Fishoil pill 3000mg
Liv 52 3 single strength tablets.

Lunch :- 20 egg whites + 5 yolks + glass of milk 250 ml
glucosamine sulphate 2000mg
Liv 52 3 single strength tablets.

Dinner 20 egg whites + 5 yolks + glass of milk 250 ml
Niacin 500mg
Fish oil pills 3000mg
B complex cap.

Preworkout
70 grams of whey + 100 grams of oats blended

Post workout
70 grams of whey + 75 grams of dextrose.
1000mg vitamin c
Vitamin E 400iu
AO - 7 one tab.

drinking 1 liter water with each meal.

i was thinking of keeping my diet just the same as before ... as i think this is what gave me all the muscle mass then its better to stick to the same.
(beside its ok for me to eat all this without any problems)

training was extremely brutal and i am tired i have this lateral epicondilytis on both the elbows, kees are hurting with all the heavy squating, lower back hurts with all the deadlifts i did... shoulders hurting....

what all changes for the next 3 months diet training wise should i make ... so that i come full throttle for the next cycle...
( please keep in mind i have to mentain my gains to atleast their 85 to 90 percent this during these 3 months)

wud appreciate your input

this is just my opiniopn.....1st......2.5mg/letrozole eod seems awfully high dose to me......i run 2x the gear you do and only use 1mg eod......have you had blood work......2nd.....imo once your off gear after 6 months cycle you are not going to retain 85 - 90% of your gains....to me this is unrealistic......are you staying at a cruising dose that may help somewhat.....
 
i`ll be getting my blood work done on 17th ... reports will take around 2 days to come...

so do you think i should increase my rep range from 6 to 10 to 10 to 15 for my compound movements..

was also thinking of some creatine monohydrate + nitric oxide compounds.... what do you say...
 
are you coming off all gear completely for three months.......again this is just my opinion......i have used creatine when off cycle and did manage to retain some weight.....mostly water it seemed......i have never been able to come off completely and maintain 85 - 90 %......especially when using test and deca......when i used this combination i gained alot but lost alot when discontinuing.........are you against staying on a cruising dose......

now hereon i start my PCT and finally totally off...for 8 weeks....

no i don have any thing against Crruising dose..... just that i was too mentally fatiqued of pinning my self lol.... so thought of just discontinuing ALL DRUGS for 8 WEEKS AFTER pct...

maybe someone else can give you the answer youre looking for......as i said before i have never been able to come off completely and maintain that much of my gains.....when im off completely......im not able to train as hard, my body doesnt seem to recover as good, cant eat as much, body just doesnt respond as well in general.......maybe youre different.......i hope someoe else posts that has more insight than me........

OH NO SIR, i have read your posts and i know you have a deep knowledge and experience.... if i see my performance ( lifting poundage) go tooo low after PCT ... which i`ll come to know in some time 3 to 4 weeks .... then that indicates i need to be on cruising dosages...i`ll star with it... what do you think?

you are going to lose some size and strength , like it has been said before , your natural hormon production can not match and maintain the amount of muscle that your body does when on cycle.

Adjust your diet and training to allow you to maintain as much muscle as your body will allow on its own (you will find out several weeks after you come off the HRT does of test). Don't be concerned with how low your pondages drop on your lifts while clean , again your muscle can't support the weight they did with a gram of test.

use this time with the lighter weight to rehab your joints and let your body heal.

When you start your next cycle you will rebound to where you left off , or close , quickly due to muscle memory
 
Good job on those core lifts. We have very similar numbers and I have been training for a while, so keep working hard, whether on or off cycle. If you can keep gh in, it helps mentally.

Why not to drop the Hrt doses....You will lose size any way whatever with curis or not....:eek:
 
I think being a young fella and your finishing up med school too correct??
giving your body an 8 week break from some decent doses as you you were running is a good thing.Also if your burned out ,take the break recover physically and mentally and come back with a vengeance.I know you are a Dave Palumbo fan and he recommends a wash out once or twice a year.
I think you are doing the right thing as I know you were contemplating from an earlier post staying on year round. Good luck.

i was thinking in terms of taking a 2 weeks off training, and then would experiment with a few different exercises...training to sub failure...

and thank god u understood my point in the other post ... about the year long cycles... it was about staying on and stuff.... and not about dosages, but then any discussion about cycles...now matter how hard you try to prevent it.... it still (discussion) becomes a Dosage discussion....lol

still training hard and heavy although i have increased my rep range on all exercises 12 to 15 or 15 to 20/failure.
still eating my 500 grams protien
120 grams of fats, i am taking it easy with the carbs i just eat them whenever i feel like...
i have still maintained good strength i am fluctuate between 223 to 227 at 11 percent bodyfat...

overall i am feeling good.

let us know what the blood work is like when it comes back

i got it after my course got over a month n half time back haemocrit levels along with HDL levels were "a little" out of the normal range but nothing dangerous... everything else came out within the normal range....

i spoke to some very knowlegeble people here and i have changed my views on AAS usage, after talking to them i have decided to drop all anabolics like eq, Tren, Deca or Orals like Dball or Anadrol "forever".... i`ll not be competeting for the next 3 years due to the heavy load of studies for my Post-Graduation course.

So if i cycle (i have not actually decided when maybe next month or a month after that) i would l`ll be doing TEST ONLY cycles. However my main concern is to maintain Excellent overall health.

in a nutshell i would say testosterone is the safer than any of the other anabolics on a mg to mg basis
what would cause more sides 750mg test/week or 750mg/week oxymethalone

and i personallythink they never actually did any thing great for me in the first place....i was just moving with the crowd...
so after talking to some very knowlegdable guys like johnnysmiles and jello..i have decided to drop these anabolics for ever..except for the last 4 to 5 weeks before a contest.

so if i can maintain some good amount of muscle even after 3 months of being off then most certainly i can grow with minimal amount of testosterone say 400mg/week.... of course i`ll be bumping up my dosages "whenever i hit a plateau" untill i reach upto my "personal point of dimnishing returns. So that`s basically it...

If you stick to Test Only, you need to add some GH, Igf1 or you going to teat alot of muscle....you will be more porn to injury....Very

The only time I tore my pec, I was in test only with very light wight....
