hi guys,
i have been on cycle for the last 6 months.
i did 750 mg test and 400 mg deca/weeks for 10 weeks...
1000mg test + 600mg deca/week for the last 10 weeks...
250 mg test/weeks for the last 4 weeks.
did 1000 to 2000iu Hcg/week + letrozole 2.5 mg eod for the whole six months...
i went from 195 to 232 in the 5 months and mentained 225 for the last 4 weeks.
i am going totally off My PCT.... so this monday onwards
Clomid 100mg for 30 days
Nolvadex 20m ed for 30 days
then off for 8 weeks atleast....
and i am extremely tired now (mentally)...
Training
i have been training DY style/ one all out intense set 6 to 10 reps ....
with progressively heavier wts...
Mon chest shoulder triceps
Decline bench press 150kg x 10
Incline bench press 140kg x 8
Flat flys 35kg x 10
Smith machine shoulder press 110 kg x 8
Lateral raises 15 kg x 10
Tricep pushdown full stack x never ending reps
Wed Back biceps
Close grip chins bodywt + 30kg dumbell x 10
Barbell rows 120 kg x 10
Rack deadlifts 220 kg x 13
Shrugs 250 kg x 14
Machine curls full stack and never ending reps
Fri
Legs
Squats 200 kg x 8
Leg press 320 kg x 30 reps
Leg extension full stack x 10
Leg curls full stack x 8
Calf raises seated 4 plates x 20 reps.
Diet
now my diet for the last 6 months was
Break fast :- 500grams of chicken / red meat + 100grams of rice
Niacin 500mg
Aspirin 75 mg
Fish oil Pills 3000mg
Multivitamin + multimineral 1 tab.
Mid morning :-
70 grams of whey + 30 ml extra virgin olive oil.
Preboitic 1 cap
Fishoil pill 3000mg
Liv 52 3 single strength tablets.
Lunch :- 20 egg whites + 5 yolks + glass of milk 250 ml
glucosamine sulphate 2000mg
Liv 52 3 single strength tablets.
Dinner 20 egg whites + 5 yolks + glass of milk 250 ml
Niacin 500mg
Fish oil pills 3000mg
B complex cap.
Preworkout
70 grams of whey + 100 grams of oats blended
Post workout
70 grams of whey + 75 grams of dextrose.
1000mg vitamin c
Vitamin E 400iu
AO - 7 one tab.
drinking 1 liter water with each meal.
i was thinking of keeping my diet just the same as before ... as i think this is what gave me all the muscle mass then its better to stick to the same.
(beside its ok for me to eat all this without any problems)
training was extremely brutal and i am tired i have this lateral epicondilytis on both the elbows, kees are hurting with all the heavy squating, lower back hurts with all the deadlifts i did... shoulders hurting....
what all changes for the next 3 months diet training wise should i make ... so that i come full throttle for the next cycle...( please keep in mind i have to mentain my gains to atleast their 85 to 90 percent this during these 3 months)
