Training and work schedule

Whats up guys? I might be staring a new job and needed some opinions. If i get it ill be working 14 days straight 14+ hours a day but then ill have 14 days off. In the working 14 days sometime ill be able to hit the gym maybe twice a week but other times i might be only able to do bodyweight workouts such as alot of push ups pull ups dips and so on. Ill be crushin it on my 14 off days of course lol. Will i still be able to make progression like this or atleast maintain my muscle mass i have right now? Any advice or opinions would be great thanks guys.

I've got a buddy that works offshore 14/14 and steadily makes gains , he does weighted dips , push ups and lunges along with pull ups and some work with bands when on the rig.
When he is home he hits the gym hard and runs test suspension and winstrol the whole time .

I wont be offshore but i will be on a drilling rig. Thats a confidence booster lol. Test suspension and winny is a good idea for the 14 days off work. Thanks alot man.

nope , i don't think he ever comes off or at least he hasent in the last year.

he was talking about sneeking a bottle onto the rig and just running a 200mg/wk cruise for a while though.

the suspension he is running is from GAULs and can be shot with a slin needle so i recomended just filling a slin bottle with it and take it with him , he said their are a couple guys out their that insulin and its never been an issue when they get searched

Yeah i am man. Its a natural gas rig.
