Whats up guys? I might be staring a new job and needed some opinions. If i get it ill be working 14 days straight 14+ hours a day but then ill have 14 days off. In the working 14 days sometime ill be able to hit the gym maybe twice a week but other times i might be only able to do bodyweight workouts such as alot of push ups pull ups dips and so on. Ill be crushin it on my 14 off days of course lol. Will i still be able to make progression like this or atleast maintain my muscle mass i have right now? Any advice or opinions would be great thanks guys.
