This is interesting

I have had to change my work out time from 11am to 6am over the last 3months due to a hectic work schedule. I notice that I'm definately not as strong/intense or have the endurance at 6am as 11am. It's been years since I worked out in the late afternnoon so I can't comment on that. I'll have to research this further.

seeing as how u have the greatest test production early in the morning would lead me to believe early morning weights would be good, but for me i just cant do it. nutrition plays a big role for me in that regard. studies prove that we are by nature stronger in the late evening but i think its all too personal. some people are early birds, some are night owls. its all personal preference. me, i need a couple meals in me before training.
