Training Chest/back on same day results if tried?

Phil had me on chest and back for day 1. I liked it. I am recently taking a week break and hitting back with chest and back.

Arnold emphasized supersetting chest and back he said it "gave him a pump that made him feel like king kong".. I have tried this and to my suprise i liked alot in terms of the pump and feeling huge but if your wanting to go all out on a back or chest day Doing them on seperate days is definately the best choice to be able to use the maximum weight capacity for a given body part except for maybe arms.
