Due to traveling to a small town every week where my farm is, for 2-4 days a week, it's really hard to train as the lil gym there is terrible, expensive ($55 mth), and the lady that owns it is a royal B, so won't go there. When we get our place down there finished (renovating), then I'll set up my Smith machine and other equip, but setting it up now isn't a option. When not down at farm (5 hr drive), can train at local gym here, I'm here usually 3-4 days a week.
So my question is what training regimens are better at hitting each muscle group once per week? Is it effective to only hit them once a week, and would you train more intensely? Any advice would be great, thanks. Btw, I'll be 50 this year, not sure if that makes any difference...
