Was gonna do a drop set of 500 on the deadlifts till failure but didn't see the point after the 675-6 was feeling that. Got video will post later.
 
Will update training later from Friday and yesterday later as my logbook is in car and I'm at work. Just wanted to give my final thoughts on the tbol supplysteroidpowder let me try. I ran it three weeks at 40mg daily then the final week at 50mg daily with a low amount test. Lost about 30lbs in that time (was a bloated mess) and still stayed nice and full while being able to add a little strength in my rep maxes most notably my 675-6 deadlift. Great products and great service.

Maybe could've did one more deadlift rep not sure. I'm in a new gym and the plates are plastic covered so they're wider and stick out further on the bar causing more whip than I'm use to which was throwing me off and kind of whipping me down when I'd start each pull. So stopped at my rep pr from last deadlift session.

Changed my cycle. Original plan was 250test/900eq/600tren with 100mg anavar daily. I decided to leave the anavar out I feel there's plenty in currently without it. Hgh will be at 10iu daily.
 
I think I prefer it. Atleast when fat. This will slowly turn into a recomp/ extreme cut starting in 8 weeks. My main issue with tren is sleep, my sleep is already crap from shift work so add tren and it's unbearable. I don't know if it's the hgh or low test but I'm sleeping pretty good considering. After I cut hard I'll go back to gaining and when gaining I'll only take test hgh and insulin from here on out. Sex drive has been great aswell and getting stronger still so low test has been pretty good lately.

Coming down for rep twelve my left pec started crunching and burning (I've had a complete pec tear before on other pec) so I recognized what it was and just let the bar go. Good amount of pain, its not bruised or even swollen much everything seems to be together still. Just pain and tight. Will deload after tomorrow (biceps and legs) then start a cut and rehab it during that time.
Did some high rep back row movements while in between my partners work sets. A lot of stuff hurt so I just stopped then.
 
Gonna go ahead and discontinue this log. My goals are moving away from powerlifting and more towards having abs and looking like I lift. Gonna start a long in the actual log section the first part will be a nice 12 week cut to not be a fatty anymore.
