Thanks for all the replys guys i been on 2400 cals and no carbs afternoon. Nothing crazy but I haven't been cheating at all past 6 weeks. I grabbed a pizza last night and will probably eat whatever today and then back on. Or would you take off longer? Going to take a week off the gym and research a new training style. Thank youforgot to add, how hard are you dieting, and for how long? Sometimes simply taking a break from dieting, and shift back to maintenance calories, or even if nothing else, shifting some cals away from protein, and into more carbs short term can get you back on the right track.
