My routine is almost the same as tenny's. Except the legs and arms and back and delta are switched around. With wed, sat, sun off. When I first started lifting I did one day upper body one day lower body. But my physique did not look very impressive at all. It wasn't until I went to one body part per workout and really focused on my diet that I made good progress.
