Ive been adding weight or reps for about 12 weeks to all exercises, but a few weeks ago started losing reps and weights feel real heavy..took an easy week with some lighter weights and then last week lost all motivation to train...so I did some light weight low volume training, just two days and took the rest of the week off.. Today did chest delts and tris and sucked on every thing but tris...I either just made my best from two weeks ago or didn't make it.....the only muscle group i was able to beat my last workout was tri's and I killed the old numbers....even thought cals are up and I'm eating more than last month

Is it time to change exercises??
Drop the weights on current exercises and work back up again??
