wanted to ask the experts given these two scenarios, which is better
to use the same weight and do 5 sets of 10 for a total of 50 reps
or
to use the same weight as above and rep out on each of the 5 sets but still only total 50 reps
In both cases the end result of number of reps and sets are the same but the intensity is different.
