training split

Does any1 here do a upper lower split when they train . Basically :

mon upper
tue lower
wed
thur upper
fri lower

I have seen this on a few boards but not really here .
If u have trained like this what were ur results ?

I'm currently experimenting with an Upper/Lower split training pretty much everyday and it's working out well. Basically doing less exercies per BP but focussing on compound movements.

I like it cuz i'm never "sore" and I'm getting stronger. Just mix up the workouts/exercises.

hardkor, would you mind posting your workouts? I'd be interested in seeing how you balance it with the every/other day...
 
Day 1:
Chest - 1 Flat/1 Incline Press
Back - 1 Pullup/1 Row
tris - 1 exercise
bis - 1 exercise
shoulders - various lateral raises (go for reps/burn)

Day 2:
Legs - 1 exercise (Squat, frnt Squat, Hacks, Press)
1 leg curl
leg extentions
Calves/Abs

Do different exercises each time. Each workout is about an hour. I pretty much monitor my improvements based on my first Chest and Back exercises and my Basic Leg movement. The rest of the exercises are just sets of 10, not to total failure.

I just train everyday until i feel like I need a day off. I was using a 3-way split before this, for over a year, so it wasn't really a drastic change for me. I'm liking it!
