I tried to watch and couldn't. He started screaming 40 seconds in. Can't make up my mind people say she's a clown I tend to agree but others say he's reputable?

Here he is working out...jump to 4:40 ish for his leg extensions. Although he talks negatively toward training to failure, he looks like he is going beyond failure to include negatives and iso holds.

When I was younger I would do 1-2 sets to total failure per body part. May not sound like much for some of you but I grew like a weed. It helped a lot that I had a truly sadistic training partner that took joy in pushing me to his idea of failure and wouldn’t hesitate to continually push the bar away from the rack until he thought I was done. God I miss him some days when I’m training.
