Yoke sucks, but everything else is coming together good. Buddy of ours comes and films us workout, and puts together these videos. Said he enjoys it, so hopefully he keeps doing this

That was pretty cool the way you got 303 lbs on the clean and press.. Inching the bar up to your collar bone.. Ur front delts and traps must have been hammered after that press..

So how do you qualify for a pro card if you don't mind me asking.............is it a certain amount of reps, weight, time, etc...............or is it a competition against others with the highest placing turning pro?
