Training while comming off

There is another thread about loosing strength while cruising that I unintentionally almost hijacked.

I figured I'd make this thread to see what some of you guys thought.

I currently tapered off and was planning on doing a nice pct and then possibly hrt for some months however due to horrendous bloodwork I decided to drop everything and clean out

I know that low dose test really shouldn't have effected things in a negative way however I did t want to leave anything to chance

Fast foward 4 weeks and I'm totally crashed ZERO ENERGY NO MOTIVATION TO GO TO THE GYM STRENGTH IS TOAST AND EVERY PART OF MY BODY HURTS AND MY DICK IS DEAD. every joint feels like it's grinding on one another. ENOUGH BITCHING

How would you guys train in this predicament I can still get into the mode of going balls to the wall (mentally) and squat 315 for a bunch but I feel like it would be counter productive. And end up with more injuries

Obviously I'm not going to stop working out so do I just pussy food around until I can get on hrt or my body starts to recover?. [emoji35][emoji35][emoji35][emoji35][emoji35][emoji35]

i use my cruise times to switch over from beating the logbook and lower volume/higher frequency to 1x a week per muscle volume training with much lighter loads..

During my grow periods I try to hit everything 2ce a week one heavy day one pump day. It's just way too much I think I'm going to just go to one body part a day.
