Hey Bro's

Happy Easter

Any good training routines or ideas? I'm on gear now and i'm not feeling that sore like I used to. I guess I am becoming stagnet. Any suggestions on some training routines. I have heard of hit but don't know too much about it.

alot of people on this board are pro hit, and i love training that way but i feel a mild volume approach works better at least for me as ur cns doesnt get worn down as fast. ill post the type of routine im using if u want

I follow DC's style of training...Using rest-pauses and low volume. Im real happy with my results so far, going from normal 250 pounds offseason to 276-278...

DC and IA

I've been using a DC and IA type routine and I will never lift another way.
Mon - chest/shoulder/tri
Wed - legs/calves
Fri - Back/Bi's/Forearms

Tue, Thurs, Sat Cardio and abs.

I try to do 1-3 sets 2 excercises for major muscles and 1-2 sets for smaller muscles. What has worked for me is switching it from RP sets, to straight sets to 12 or 3 sets of 6 with one minute rest. The negatives at the end of each set and DC's stretching is also a must.
