i started to do legs twice a week... i do 4 sets of lunges, leg ext, and leg curl and calves on weds and sat i go all out... sat is squat, hack squat, st. leg dl, leg curl, and leg press and calves
is that over training.... is it enough time for legs to heal? how do u guys do it? just one hard rough day and thats is or wat.... here lately i have been tried and blah wondering is i am over training.... if i could get some feed back thanx!!
