Anyone ever wonder why now guys train in the 1-3 rep range for strength when back in the 70s n 80s people trained like off-season bodybuilders with a bad attitude? We know this generation isn't as strong as theirs but we have way more research and supplements. You could say we have higher totals but that is bs. Raw totals are the only ones that count. Would anyone stand up to Kaz and say im stronger than u, ill prove it.. Just gimme a minute to get my suit on then we will have a squat off. I just think strength needs to turn back to raw lifting and reps for the whole body. Kaz used volume training that would make Markus Ruhl puke. What do u guys think?

The hatch squat program is the best one out. It's used by NCAA football. Basically it's a standardized program that is high volume, high intensity. If anyone has some high volume training routines I'd like to see them.
 
Anyone see better gains via reps other than cns style training ,the singles etc?
 
Because other than raw guys most rely on equipment and do.little muscle building.learning a shirt can add more weight than actually building muscle which takes a long time.

Got to love kaz. He did train.very high reps other.than when peaking ..seems like alot of.raw guys now.are focusing on some bodybuilding...
 
Also jon pal was cool as hell. Sad to see him on dedication video powerlifting with his.little boy knowing.he died shortly later.

Kind.of weird he died deadlifting and used.to.say life.isn't worth living.if you can't deadlift
 
Well i suggest you to do it in limit,If you are training do not have supplements or pills.
Push ups,pull us, are very effective you should do bench press and go for swimming and cycling perfect training plan.
 
Fitness training should be must in the life so different workouts for keep fitness of the body.Mostly i like these workouts for fitness training.
1 swimming
2 cycling
3 push ups and jumping...
 
I know some people who only bench with a shirt, never raw, and to me have really shown such a lack of muscle development because of that. They just have an overall strange look but it might also be the result of just benching and not doing any other chest exercises whatsoever.
