traning 2 times a day

i was thinking that training 2 times a day like big body parts
there will be 12 hours in between the work outs.
my work out will not be more that 45-1hours max

Monday morning chest front shoulder
Monday night back back shoulder

Tuesday morning legs
Tuesday night arms

Wednesday and weekends off
Thursday and Friday
i will do i over again just what i did in the morning i will do a night.
i eat well sleep well i do drugs.

is this to much?? this is off season traning. just wanna do something new.
and i am gettign 3days full rest.
 
i will be eating like 4000kcal for now i am 200pounds i am pretty lean
i will do slin 4-8iu after training 4 weeks on 4 weeks of
i am on 4iu a day
600mg test
600mg eq
doing 5weeks on tren 50mg eod

i will give it a try for like 12 weeks

I did something a bit more extreme for an experiment . I trained the same body part twice a day. It went something like this. Morning workout then late afternoon workout. Same body part but different lifts in the two workouts. Maybe one exercise that was the same. Found that I got stronger in the second workout. I would not do this unless contest raining and only for about 5-6 weeks. After that you will run into trouble. Was pretty amazed with results and would def do it again if I were to compete again!! I know what everyone will say but if you are seriously enhanced then the recovery from morning to a/noon is sufficient to allow for this. But like I said, only for a short blast of about 5-6 weeks. Protein intake must be high and you will need to eat some carbs to maintain energy levels. Just thinking outside the square. The human body is capable of a lot more than we realize.
