Hey guys after going back and fourth with trying to manage two companies and establish myself and my career I severely let myself go and now I'm doing something about it please take a look at my diet and cycle and let me know your thoughts.....Stats are 25yrs old 5'10 255lbs aprox 20% BF.
Diet.
1. Half cup egg whites with 2 whole eggs, 2 pieces Ezeikel Bread
2. 2 scoops whey protein, 1 serving almonds
3. 8oz chicken Breast, Asparagus
4. 2 scoops whey, apple or banana pre workout
5. 8oz Ground Beef or Lean Steak 3/4 cup Brown rice & Asparagus
6. 8oz Talapia, Asparagus or Broccoli
7. 1 scoop casein if needed
Gear.
2iu Serostim pre-bed
75mg Prop EOD
200mg Tren Eth Wk
PGCL 35mcg BID sub-q abdomen 2 days on 2 off
Will throw an oral in just not sure yet....Anavar or Tbol?
Training.
4 days a week high intensity 3 sets each exercise 15reps
Cardio 4x's wk 30mins moderate intensity
Please let me know your thoughts.....
