Hey guys after going back and fourth with trying to manage two companies and establish myself and my career I severely let myself go and now I'm doing something about it please take a look at my diet and cycle and let me know your thoughts.....Stats are 25yrs old 5'10 255lbs aprox 20% BF.

Diet.

1. Half cup egg whites with 2 whole eggs, 2 pieces Ezeikel Bread

2. 2 scoops whey protein, 1 serving almonds

3. 8oz chicken Breast, Asparagus

4. 2 scoops whey, apple or banana pre workout

5. 8oz Ground Beef or Lean Steak 3/4 cup Brown rice & Asparagus

6. 8oz Talapia, Asparagus or Broccoli

7. 1 scoop casein if needed

Gear.

2iu Serostim pre-bed
75mg Prop EOD
200mg Tren Eth Wk
PGCL 35mcg BID sub-q abdomen 2 days on 2 off
Will throw an oral in just not sure yet....Anavar or Tbol?

Training.
4 days a week high intensity 3 sets each exercise 15reps
Cardio 4x's wk 30mins moderate intensity

Please let me know your thoughts.....
 
I think the reason you have "crickets" is that it looks really good. It's just going to be hell of sticking to those same foods every day. In a perfect world, Anavar would probably be a better choice, but who really knows.

Bottom line...if you can stick to that diet, you will get some good results. Once you hit a wall, you might have to change things up a bit.
 
I think that looks good; Tren seems really low but you can bump it as you go. 50-100mg Var would be a nice addition. Just dieting and exercise alone will prob strip some fat off pretty quick. You may want to wait a few months to start the gear... But I know the mentality usually is all or nothing.

I'm a mountain dog diet fan and prefer all my carbs pre, peri, post workout. I workout at 6:30pm so I usually have carbs right after workout and then a meal an hour or 2 later.
 
Yea ally carbs except breakfast are pre and post tren is low due to bf right now when I up the tren at this bf% I get really bad low back pain so I'm being cautious going low and slow letting the gh work as well

4. 2 scoops whey, apple or banana pre workouti would not have carbs here but would have fat source

7. 1 scoop casein if neededi'd have fat source here if needed as well

JS thanks for taking a look I guess I had my carbs a little lower after dieting for years I noticed my body is carb sensitive but I'm curious with the gh.... As for tren I've used it in prob 5 cycles I will switch to ace once I use what I have and get my body fat down...... My cardio is done fasted in the am first thing or post workout.... I really need to do this for myself I want to be my personal best which I achieved about two years ago...... ImageUploadedByTapatalk1343907047.840253.jpg .
