Transformation, I never post FAT pics up but here you go.

what amazes me the most, is that in that time frame there is such a drastic loss of fat along with noticable increases in size in the chest, arms and shoulders. whatever you did, you did it perfectly.

well like I said thats 10 months but 12 month ago I looked the same as before and 9 month, as well, those are some before shots on a 6 week diet, here is an after from it, 6 weeks and 2 days to be exact I have proof vid newspaper of the time frame, but you have to go through hell to change this quick and its not healthy or suggested:

Yeah, post diet and training plan. Gear, Peptides used etc.,

this is a LONG time apart, I looked the same as before 7 months later, but i just posted bec it was only pics I have, that have a matching pose. Basically as I've said before on here when I diet I use my own diet that I created which is a Hybrid Keto/Carb cycling diet. I think there are no secrets, but the basis behinds its success I think is timing not content. I call them "windows of time" these windows you will do some thing, if you are a cardio "window of time" guess what, you do cardio. But if you're in a growing window of time (the day after a high carb day, fully refueled with muscle glycogen) well then its time to train your LAGGING parts like crazy. On the contrast, after 3 low carb days and entering a zero carb day I won't even train it will be my off day (not for cardio tho) but too catabolic for resistance training. I could go on and on, but as I said the real key is consistency.

Trying to Aim for something similar to you, but just a little less mass, Depending on my height.

5'9 200lbs in 2nd pic aprox, I got down to 193lbs 24 hours later. I cannot discuss supplements sorry since I'm under contract.
