this is a LONG time apart, I looked the same as before 7 months later, but i just posted bec it was only pics I have, that have a matching pose. Basically as I've said before on here when I diet I use my own diet that I created which is a Hybrid Keto/Carb cycling diet. I think there are no secrets, but the basis behinds its success I think is timing not content. I call them "windows of time" these windows you will do some thing, if you are a cardio "window of time" guess what, you do cardio. But if you're in a growing window of time (the day after a high carb day, fully refueled with muscle glycogen) well then its time to train your LAGGING parts like crazy. On the contrast, after 3 low carb days and entering a zero carb day I won't even train it will be my off day (not for cardio tho) but too catabolic for resistance training. I could go on and on, but as I said the real key is consistency.
