Hit some new PR's recently at 335x3 on bench, 365x3 on deep squats, and 405x5 on deadlifts. Ideal goal weight would be around 240. Hovering around 270-280 now.

During my bulk was hitting around 4000kcal 350g protein, 350g carbs, 140g fat. 4 real meals 2 shakes.

A less recent pic of me at 290lbs was bloated by too much food and 25mg mk677.
