Traveling with Humulin R

Gotta go on a business trip next week and just started using Humulin R this week.

Is this legal to take on an airplane (checked in) without a script? And what about slin pins?

Just check the state laws of where u are traveling (within the US) and run to a near by walmart or cvs and get some.

Traveling with insulin shouldnt be a prob, not sure how they are about needles though

I don't know about carrying needles on but you can definitely check them.

You can carry slin and pins only if your slin has the prescription label with your name. It's in TSA guidelines

Humulin r is over the counter in most states...ie...no name on bottle or possession of prescriprion

yeah just check it in. If not at least the needles. Every else should be good to go.

Ended up not bringing it. Not worth even a .01% it was caught and something happened.

it's insulin. its like getting caught with baby aspirin.

here is what I do "occasionally" if I am going to be gone for more than 4 days. I send myself a package of whatever I may to my hotel in advance. everything goes in it. I send just enough for that trip and nothing more.

No one will question insulin with insulin needles, my wife is type 1 diabetic never had a problem, fly often. Nobody outside of BB circles knows about insulin as a PED
