Treating high Estradiol and Prolactin on TRT

On 175mgs test enanthate weekly. Test came back at 1227( range 348-1197)
Prolactin 20.8 ( range 4.0-15.2)
Estradiol 70.0 ( range 7.6-42.6)

I plan on dropping my test dose down to 150mg/wk but need advice on
treating the Prolactin and Estradiol levels.

Using an AI will actually help control estrogen, a dopamine agonist may not even be needed.

I'd start with Aromasin at 10mg every day, 5mg AM/PM.

Hold off on the prolactin treatment for the minute. Run the Aromasin for 2-3 weeks and get bloods done again IMO.

I am in the same boat, but I do not have Aromasin on hand but I do have Armidex and Nolvadex. What protocal would you suggest on these?

Are you taking any other prescription medications, including any pain meds or drink alcohol outside of moderation? Any anxiety or sleep issues? Sex prior to your labs, including masturbation← that's a serious question.





Edit: any type of chronic sinus issues or anything that may trigger a histamine response?

I'd start on 0.5mg Arimidex every 2 days.

His E or PRL aren't out of control, they're a little high.

If you are lowering your dose to 150mg...estrogen is probably were it should be.
Like Stewie said any cold or allergy could raise your prolactin a bit...if not hhow long were you on high dosage? They can lower Dopamine and t3 if ran high for a long time. I would retest in a few weeks before throwing stuff at it.

When were bloods taken? Test levels are high. No need to use an ai on trt, your lipids took enough of a hit on cycle. Crusing on trt dosages is about getting bloodwork back into range.

you should check your SHBG and free testosterone levels... maybe your SHBG is too low and therefore you have an excess of free testosterone that can be converted into estradiol, also a high estrogenic enviroment helps rise prolactin.

Is exactly my case off cycle with my endogen testosterone levels

Do you think one of the liquid research products would work?

Actually my lipids were perfect which surprised me.
