Tren ace and kidneys

I'm currently taking test prop, Tren ace and hgh. The past two day my lower back has been sore and not my muscles. Also my urine is REALLY foamy. I think I'm gonna skip my next couple Tren dosges and try to rehydrate the next couple days. I'm not sure why I'm posting, but input is welcome

foamy urine means you have alot of protein in your urine so you really need to get to the doc and have some tests done.
there is damage probably to your kidneys and sometime they can stop , you really dont want to wait til you have kidney failure

Actually you need to quit trying to make people paranoid as his kidneys may well be fine. ASIDE from the fact everyone needs to get blood work done once if not a twice a year he's probably ok. Tren is very strong and anytime you increase protein intake you will get some foam in your pee. (Protein)

I've got foamy urine and my creatinine and BUN were very low. But you do need to go get your bloodwork done anyway.

It's more the spite back that I'm worried about

I've taken tren many times, I've had foamy piss before and blood work comes up normal. I had pain in my lower back a couple of years ago and I too thought it was AAS or something related to my kidneys. Turns out I tweaked my back.

Is the pain constant ? Sharp dull ? Is it there only when you're in a certain position ? Those are some questions I would ask myself and go from there.

Hope its nothing and just muscle pain

Long term abuse of any aas will lead to kidney problems later. You don't know for sure what's going on back there unless you get labs done and check your creatinine and bun. If those numbers are good and your bp is in normal range, you will be fine for the most part.

Takes a while to create kidney issues unless you didn't know you already had them (ie genetically predisposed). For what it's worth I've been on Tren for well over 8 months now with dosages ranging from 50mg ED up to 125mg ED. BUN is always high on bloods but it's not surprising at all. Honestly I don't even trust the blood work until I'm off the Tren for a bit. It screws with a lot of values in weird ways.

I know the anxiety this causes. Last Tuesday I started getting lower back pain. It was after a good leg day but I was very careful not to compress lower back on any of the exercises. My lower back was killing me all week but its getting better. I always fear it's my kidneys. My urine has always been foamy but that's to be expected when you consume the ungodly amounts of protein we all do.
Sometimes estrogen conversion leads to lower back soreness.
With tren, in general, I keep my dose very low these days at between 37.5-50mg 3 times a week. I think my issue is from upping my test from 150mg to 640mg a week, plus a 5 day run of inject anadrol at 50-100mg per day.
The kidneys are scary. Get blood work done for piece of mind.
Try to stick to whole food proteins. Fast acting whey isolates I've heard are harder on the kidneys. Having fat and starches with your proteins I believe slows the breakdown giving the kidneys more time to filter it. This is bro-science I read so correct me if I'm wrong.
I used to have 50 grams of whey isolate every two hours and my urine looked like someone squirted liquid hand soap in the toilet.
Now, I only have 1 or 2 shakes. The rest of my protein comes from egg whites and turkey breast.

You may be over training.
When you train hard you do leak protein out through the urine.
If it's happening all the time you probably need to decrease the training.

^^^This assuming no serious problems.

I would hydrate heavily like you are planning.
You can use glycerol and sea salt to help.

My doc(s) over the years have been critical of my lifting and will not make any considerations for it.

The few times I have gotten blood work dehydrated and after training - I according to the docs had a heart attack and or had CKD.

The very first physical I had at 19 with total blood work I went in fasting the next day after a heavy work out. Of course this was over 20 years ago so the blood work wasn't available for two days and no cell phones doctor called my parents house and asked if I was ok - like still alive - then told them to get me to the hospital as I had bloodwork that indicated I was in renal failure and had a massive heart attack.

I went the ER as advised and after many tests the doctors were pissed off for wasting their time, CPK was from muscle breakdown not cardiac, and after IV hydration kidneys normal.

Since then I have been on a roller coaster with docs and specialists over the years each time having to prove to them that having a high degree of muscle mass and and break down of tissue lead to not so normal blood values.
I now take -reluctantly 2 3 days off before blood work and go in hyper hydrated so I stay of the list of medical diagnoses that only apply to normal inactive unhealthy people.
I once did a 24 hour urine test and showed 4 grams of protein, repeated hydrated and came back trace.

I and every other body builder that juiced heavily over the years probably would show some form of Focal Segmental Glomerulosclerosis, just due to the fact of the following risk symptoms of heavy bodyweight, BP, high protein diet and the nephrotoxic effects of AAS.

As you can see from the attached article the pro bodybuilder in this study returned to "normal" after he stopped taking AAS and lost a ton of weight and changed his lifestyle and diet.

Development of Focal Segmental Glomerulosclerosis after Anabolic Steroid Abuse

I am not willing to undergo a renal biopsy unless life threatening circumstances require it, as there is a significant risk of losing a kidney from a biopsy.

I have gotten blood work done when on heavy cycles and been fine as long as I am hyperhydrated.

These days I am on sub q stuff and very low dose compared to ten years ago and feel pretty damn good, I have toned down training and eating as well as once in the 40's it's like russian roulette playing with heavy stuff and pushing protein and earth shattering weights that blow your BP through the roof.

I'd get bloodwork done JUST for peace of mind.

Stop spreading stupid shit.... foamy piss means nothing 90% of the time .

foamy piss is bad sign for kidney
there is normal foam when it hits the water but
if foam is coming out of you, this is bad

Negative. It's a sign you need to pay attention to what's going on and stay healthy but who are you to argue with labs and bloodwork? My piss is foamy and my bloods were fine. I train my ever living ass off and eat shit tons of protein. So yeah I've got foamy piss. Doesn't mean it's a bad thing. I was paranoid about it until I talked to a few guys got my tests done and did plenty of research.

OP, go to the search bar type in proteinuria and read all of those threads on this very forum you can about this stuff before you post another thread with a question because there is TONS of info on this.

I have foamy piss to. There is no protein in it and kidney function is normal. My doc ran the tests. All is good

This is my first time with Tren. Current cycle: test prop 100mg EOD, Tren ace 200mg EOD, 5iu growth ed, insulin and igf post workout 4 weeks on 4 off. I'm thinking its back pumps. I bartend, and the constant twisting back and forth from customers to bottles def made my back more irritated. Upped water. Had a gallon by 4pm. Still drinking

There is a big visual difference between having foamy urine from dehydration/high urine output and proteinuria. Proteinuria makes urine look like bath suds. Obviously get regular blood work, and make sure you don't have hypertension or elevated rbc, those two can do a lot of kidney damage over time.

Increasing intake of proteins in diet does not result in proteinuria, this goes to show how much nonsense can be said on a bb forum.

Also, your blood work can be fine (creatinine near normal) but if youre all of a sudden developing foamy urine, you should probably get at least a urinanalyss and need to have a 24h urine collection to assess for proteinuria if the UA is positive. Renal insufficiency can take a while to develop but proteinuria is pathologic and causes kidney damage in the long run. And please dont rely on broscience :)
