This. Some of the wealthiest people I’ve ever met are actually some of the cheapest fucks too. They live very frugile (hence their wealth) dress nice for business purposes but generally if you saw them out in public you’d have no idea they have a jet and head a venture capital firm. Most don’t want the kind of attention that usually comes from money (where people look at you as a means to help justify their own ends—aka, how can they use you to advance their own selfish pursuits)

This of course is a generalization. Plenty of wealthy people that like to live flashy too. I think it really comes down to social validation. Some care about this, others don’t a flying fuck. It’s an interesting paradigm

I don't have sub zeros (seen way too many break down and repair bills, I avoid those and other exotic higher end kitchen - love Wolf oven/cook tops though) but I have 2 max size refrigerator/freezers, 2 wine/beverage refrigerators, a large size chest freezer, and a mini fridge (bedroom).

We have a decent sized household and I eat a lot so I'm pretty happy. Love to do a big batch in my smoker and then Vaccum seal and freeze. I'll do 60+lbs of meat at a time.

As far as 305 area code...i spend a ton of time in Miami (probably 10+ trips a year mostly work, I'll probably spend 7 days this month alone) and grew up in South Florida. Plenty of trash/shit homes, residences, and high crime areas within 305. Some super high end for sure but it is absolutely in no way homogenous unless your standard is Mogadishu or similar in which case the upgrade bar is low.

I know. Was just letting him know that 305 means exactly jack shit. Now, if he lives South of Fifth, Star Island, Venetian Islands, high end condo in Brickell, or similar that's some real estate. Stayed at a buddy's place at the Continuum basically South Pointe at the end - nice building too. There is more bad than good in that area code though.

This is easily the most persistent little turd of the whole bunch. Has had literally over 20 usernames.
The names have a common theme though, and that along with him writing like he’s 4yrs old make him easy to spot.

Icon, where you supposedly live, has 3 towers roughly $600,000 to a couple near or at $2m currently. BTW - great place to live especially if you are young and working. Super nice and nothing at all wrong or shitty. To be clear, this is a nice building and location. Tower 2 has the highest currently for sale:
