Never tried the 10 mg day protocol but with trt dosage of test i have problems too. Once i tried 20 mg per day of propionate. But it didn't solve the issue. My gyno is from puberty.

run 10mgs for 3-4 weeks min. it will prob help a lot. at 20 mine puff a lil.
i generally do admins 6x wk so im talking 60mg wk test.

Or probably is just too much letrozole that is giving me a limpy...

That could be the case. I know AI's and anti E's in general have had a negative effect on my erections in the past. I'd try to avoid them if u can or use the minimal amount for your desired effect.

f your gyno is from puberty you’ll need surgery it’s just that simple. But that’s good news bc you know what you need to do which is always best even if it’s not what we want to hear, the path is clear.
