Tren and Nolva

I've developed some swollen and tender glands from not dialling my AI in properly.
Have taken a too low dose for the amount of test taken.
Last blast with dbol I had taken a too big a dose of AI and had symptoms of low estrogen. That's why I decided to start a little lower. Bad idea without blood work so it seems.

I started this blast with
0.25mg eod arimidex
500mg test e
200mg tren e
0.5mg prami ed

Once I started feeling the nipples flare up I went to 0.5mg arimidex eod.
It didn't get better after a week.

Now I'm on 0.5mg ed, after one week tenderness is nearly gone, but glands are still the same size.

I'm thinking of using nolva right now, but heard it's not the best thing to use with tren (prolactin rise). But is it still an issue when you use prami?

What other options are more ideal?
Should I keep at the 0.5ed dose for longer and see what happens?

I feel like a total noob cause after 5 years of blasting and cruising I've never had this happen before.

Surgery is another option but just like anyone else, I don't like the operating table...

I would use clomid or letro the prami should have worked when I run tren/deca I use aromasin, clomid and bromo I start my clomid a few days before the tren it's never failed me yet I would raise the prami also you can lower your test a little
