I've ran tren before and haven't had stomach issues with it in the past. It's been a few years and this go around with 200-300 mg weekly of Tren A my stomach bloat and gas has been horrendous. Nothing has changed in my routine or diet other than adding Tren A.

I read the post on PM in regards to Tren and stomach issues, but my question is...What is a successful supplement stack to remedy this issue in a expeditious manner?

Tren depletes glutamine (along with many other things) in the small and large intestine.

If you find that your appetite has gone to shit, Bowel movements are irregular and you're bloating regardless of the foods you eat, begin supplementing with glutamine at 10-30g per day.

Start with 10 grams 3 x per day for 3 days and then you can drop down to 5g 2-3x per day or once symptoms improve.

Glutamine has endless benefits for gut health and nutrient absorption.

Don't even consider taking peptides to try help with appetite, the issue isn't going to be fixed with peptides. The problem it needs to be fixed from the inside out.

do orals like dbol do the same thing? Tren and Orals give me some horrible stomach problems very quickly. it's almost as if my digestion slows down to a halt. I can feel myself slowly losing my appetite until it gets to the point where I can't eat anything at all. my stomach will be very distended, ill be burping and farting. stomach will feel extremely sour. I have no problem force feeding myself normally but when it gets like this, that simply isn't an option. I also notice that I stop taking shits.

If I keep the dose low enough I can sometimes get by it. It's worth it for me to try because they work so well, and it usually only takes a couple days to clear up if I have to stop running them.

i'm going to pick up some glutamine because i'll try anything at this point lol.

I can almost guarantee that dbol would have a similar effect, as it pretty much put directly into the GI.

I've heard of several people who have had their appetite shot to shit when starting orals, especially dbol. Granted your liver will cop most of it, but your GI will also be suffering.

If you're having digestive issues with orals, consider the glutamine first and foremost, that can be run year round.

If no improvement (and you still want to take the orals or tren) Consider digestive enzymes, magnesium, fermented foods, zinc and probiotics.

It's much like throwing darts at a dartboard when it comes to gut issues, but if variables are kept the same, you can see what works and what doesn't in terms of fixing the issue.

Thanks bro, yah I'm going to pick up some glutamine, digestive enzymes and probiotics today and see if any of it helps.
