I just get regular Vitamin Shoppe store brand 500mg b6 and pop 2 in the AM and 2 in the afternoon. .5mg prami at night and no puffiness whatsoever. I'm very gyno sensitive also. If I do JUST the prami, there will be very slight puffiness (sometimes) but still significantly less than no prolactin inhibitor at all.

Found a cheap source for Turkish pharm caba, but not sure how much to use

IMO, that's too much. And it has a very long half life.

.5mg, 2x a week is sort of standard for Pharma Caber. Some guys take .5mg, 1x per week. Too much can make you feel pretty shitty.

If I were gonna raise something for killing or protecting against gyno, I'd raise the AI first, or use a stronger one like Letro.
