Quality of beef from lowest to best..Just find yourself a good meat distributor, you'll get steak that hasent been soaked in antibiotics. The steak at the store thats dripping red with the little diaper at the bottom, thats not what fresh steak looks like. The diaper is there to absorb the extra blood/antibiotic. They put the steak in a big bin of sterile antibiotic treated blood and soak it to keep it red longer.
But anyway back to my point, you'll be able to purchase different types of steak choice/select/prime if you go with the choice, its considered the lowest grade, which means the lowest fat content. Well technically its not he lowest grade, but you dont want to go any lower...
we have one here in detroit. i think tuesdays is 50 cents an ounce steaks.
yea im from just outside detroit. I know theres one in detroit at maybe 6 and gratiot or close to there. I go to the one in clinton township at 18 and groesbeck, although its been a while

Its weighed pre cooked bone in. You obviously don't have to eat the bone and can trim fat. One day I will try this feat.
