hey , how do i use the triacana cream??? how much? I have quite a number of tubes here and I hope it is effective of getting rid of my fat lower abs............
Any ideas on how to get rid of fat at the lower abs apart from glucagon?????????

Just rub it in the lower abs once or twice a day after a shower - obviously don't shower after you apply it

A tube will last you about 2 weeks if you use it once a day so now you know how much to rub in daily.
