I ran Biotest Tribex at 3 pills a day to no effect. Maybe some people are less sensitive & have to megadose to get results.

There's also a popular notion that " Bulgarian " Trib is more potent than plants cultivated elsewhere in the world. Don't know how true this is, but I wouldn't bank on it.

Tribulus Terrestris is worthless until it is processed and the saponins are concentrated. You have to use Tribestan if you want results from Tribulus Terrestris.
