Hi guys,

So i'm getting ready to add a bit more thickness to my tri's, loaded up the syringe ready to start last night and was failing miserably at actually getting the shot right, i just couldn't get hold of the syringe to plunge it in, my technique was in the mirror stood up using like a side tri pose to pin, and i wasn't tensing/flexing.

after numerous attempts i thought i'm going to leave it and try again tomorrow (today), kinda pissed me off but gotta laugh as i'm more than used to pinning.

Does anyone have any better techniques/positions to ensure i can get the shot right, also having someone else do it is not an option.

Yes, this would be my suggestion as well if you are unable to have someone assist you with them.....
