Any know deal with tricep tendonitis? How do you manage it, mines gotten worse of over the last year and it’s even hard to sleep. I’ve tried a number of the “tricks” but doesn’t seem to help.

Tendinitis is terrible. Seemed like something I could train through as it would slightly go away once warmed up and several sets in to workout. But all it did was make it worse. More rest and less volume for quite awhile was the only thing that decreased it for me over time along with icing it as well as voltaren diclofenac cream.

im already ordering some BPC and TB to see if that will help also.

I've had some success with high rep, neutral grip pressdowns with a light band while also avoiding anything that aggravates it.
And icing it a lot.

My flare up was the result of strength discrepancy between the flexors and extensors. A good old wrist roller helped more than all of the other things I tried like Graston, needling etc.

like just using on the tricep each day?

I use to struggle with this all the time. Nothing really worked until I moved away from the 6-8 rep range and into the 12-15 rep range.

I used the wrist roller 2x per week with higher reps of 15 to 25 for roughly 3 weeks.

Straight armed over the bar in a smith machine. 3 sets in each “direction”.
Shoulder level.

Zero momentum or cheating.

For maintenance, once per week with reps between 12 and 20.

I forgot who mentioned it, there was a similar thread a few months ago

And someone reccomended doing low weight and high rep like 50+ rep sets to get as much blood flow into the area as possible and it actually helped me a quite a lot with some elbow tendonitis I was dealing with. The goal of this is more of a physical therapy type set, not a muscle building or strength oriented set. The goal is just to get blood flow to the area, then once the tendonitis gets better you can start lowering the reps and increasing the weight

And yes tb500+ bpc should help

Everyone pretty much has covered the bases In this thread… can’t stress enough icing every chance you get for at least 15-20 minutes a session. Tendonitis suckzzzzzzzzz 👎🏻 Something that helped me over the years is just coming to grips that some exercises that I use to love are just distant memories for me, find what exercises don’t irritate as much and stick with those would be my suggestion.

I had the tendinitis at the elbow juncture and it's quite bad at times so gave up skullcrushers because of it so can imagine the pain from triceps tendinitis would be.
