Decided to make this a new thread. Wanted to show speed of recovery from recent injury. First pic is 5 weeks ago. Partially torn tricep. First week very reduced range of motion, need left hand to drive manual car or even put on seatbelt. First pic is day after injury, second pic is 5 weeks out. Today was back in gym with light resistance. Using 1mg BPC daily and just switched to BPC/TB500 blend. Also one session of EPAT (shockwave) therapy every week for first three weeks.

Glad you've healed up... After 47 yrs of training, I finally tore a bicep. (Partial). Putting a 100-lb DB away into the rack (pop).
Outer-head, proximal (from the top). Like you, after 6-weeks, totally healed.
Looks a bit odd when flexed (from the outside PoV) but looks normal when arms are relaxed by my side. (Which is all I really care about).
Also not being a BB, and being age 59, I don't care too much. Could have been worse, so i dodged a bullet there...

The blood had pooled all the way down to the wrist almost, and this was after 2 weeks...

Recently had my first bicep tear Sunday (I’m 5 weeks out and definitely feel more brittle/fragile/ not as strong)- didn’t have BPC or TB on hand, but did have some GHK-cu. Pinned the spot where it hurts the most, and on day 3 swelling and bruising have come down markedly. Pain when it happened was maybe a 4-5, down now to 1-2.

Apparently GHK can help with joints and ligaments, not just skin and collagen. Go figure.
