Dear all,

i'm a bit lanky 6.2" 90kg and a hard gainer, any advise on a good tricep work out would be great.

I love this forum, not been a member long and by what i've read must be a few miles behind most of you so i appreciate the time you've taken with your replies.

I train my tri's twice per week, once heavier and once lighter. On max effort day I will do a heavier pressing movement with a close grip off a higher board and follow it up with some extensions or pushdowns. On DE day I will do some dips and follow up with high rep pushdowns.

Close grip bench(heavy-low reps), seated over head extensions, and weighted dips(hang a dumbbell from yer weight belt).
These work well for me but my partner has elbow pain with the weighted dips, so go up in weight slowly.
 
I have a group of exercise that work for me. Now I pretty much train by feel and instinct. I know where I'm weak at any point in time and how to fix it.
