Tried and True way to get rid of Puffy Eyes on TRT

Anyone got one. I feel like I constantly look like I just woke up. I also looked like I aged 10 years in the last 2 years after seeing pics. Anyone have this experience and had a way to fix it? I've tried a close to zero carb diet as well and even without carbs my eyes are old sleepy man status.

I had lower lid blepharoplasty surgery in 2007 to tighten up that area. It was projected to last about 10 years which it. The padding in that areas was messed up from overpressure from a blast injury courtesy of roadside bomb.

Actually have a consult next week for a possible follow up procedure. Not a fan of the tired look when I'm not tired at all.

I had some of the same issues. Found out that water retention was the contributing factor. Once I took care of that problem......lost the bags my man.

I think I found the culprit and it was probably water like I thought. When my estrogen goes up just a little I hold a lot of water. I Dropped test to 80mgs a wk and it finally subsided. Didn't really want to go that low but I guess you can't have everything. I'm now end to go without an AI as well
