I watched Stan Efferding's rant again today on you tube, creatine sucks, but this(sodium) works. Make sure you are getting enough sodium, if not, this will "run you down."
I sweat my ass off and have a fairly physically demanding job(lawn care in FL), I do 6 days a week, pretty high volume, outside on my back porch. I take friday's off, except I trained my calves a little bit ago. I train my whole body over the weekend with a double split on both days, a nap in between. I don't train abs and I will occasionally do some stuff for my medial head for delts.
