My coworker just had some bloodwork done. Cholesterol is 313 but his trigs are 1400. At first i thought he was kidding until he showed me his bloodwork. Never seen em that high. He said the doctor scripted him "something" which i assume is a statin. HDL was low but nothing crazy. It also stated that trigs over 500 does not allow for his LDL to be calculated. Anybody ever seen trigs that high? if so, any recommendations??
